Duplex Boards (Duplex Pattern Boards)

Duplex Boards have two uses - 

1. They are used for making patterns & used in pattern cutting plotters. 

2. They are used as support for packing the garments.

They are sold in sheet form as well as roll form and are available in different coatings.

We have two options - LWC (Light Weight Coating) of 12-16 GSM & HWC (Heavy Weight Coating) of 20-22 GSM.

Both rolls and sheets can be customized as per your size requirements, however, our standard stock sizes are listed below.

Standard Width Size for Roll (in Inches)  - 48"

Standard GSM - 230 GSM to 600 GSM 

​

Standard Weight per roll - 50 Kgs (+/- 3%) 

​

Core Inner Diameter (in Inches) - 3"
